This is a simplified and “quick” version where the layers are sewn together at once. The raw seam allowance is visible from the inside, but not the outside. The seam allowance is trimmed, and the fleece fabric does not fray, so this is not a quality or safety issue.
If multiple cubes are shown, it is to display the reverse color/print. Each cube will vary in pattern/design placement to reduce material waste.

Items in this collection are thoughtfully handmade using sustainably reworked fleece and rescued textile materials.
Fleece is one of the safest fabrics for chinchillas, but synthetic textiles can also contribute unnecessary waste. Instead of letting quality materials end up in landfills, I give existing fleece a second life by transforming it into cozy, chin-safe cage accessories for small pets.
Some reclaimed fleece comes from forgotten blankets, donated robes, unused fabric, and other rescued textiles that still have plenty of life left in them.
Every material is carefully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and transformed into a durable, cozy hammock designed for everyday use.
Because reclaimed fabrics are used, each item is completely one of a kind, featuring its own unique colors and pattern combinations.
