About me:
Meet Harper
Harper was found in a drainage ditch by a TNR colony volunteer ( cat feeder ) . They contacted a breeder up north to take her, because animal services would not. She arrived leaking pus, with crusty, sealed eyes, and in need of help.
Harper is missing both ears, is very small & skinny, and has a wound on the top of her head that was infected with pus. Her ear holes are dirty and inflamed. She has an obvious head tilt and will need to be treated for an inner ear infection at a minimum.
Harper has seen the rescues vet confirming the infection in her partially sealed ears due to scarring, and an infection on her scalp.
Harper was placed on antibiotics for a week.
Harper received one surgery to remove an abscess on her scalp.
Harper has a recheck soon to check her healing, and get scheduled for surgery #2 to open and drain/fix her ear.
She is expected to make a full recovery once healed, but her ears will always be small and damaged. We will never know her full history but we can work hard to guarantee a safe future.

These animals live in FOSTER HOMES. The rescue group does not have a facility for visitors.
